Account Types: 

Funding Talent have a $25,000 account which will cost $75 per month, and a $100,000 account which will cost $250 per month. You are able to pay your fee through your profits. They also offer funding up to $300,000 depending on which account you choose.  

Flex Accounts  

Then they offer Flex Accounts, which requires no performance-based challenge – however, after paying for your monthly fee, you will receive a demo account. This is because a percentage of your profits from the demo account gets sent to your Elite Account, which is your real live account.  

Elite Accounts are technically funded through your Funded Earnings – demo account profits, either bi-weekly or monthly, 10-20% (Classic 10%, Aggressive 20%) which will be sent to your Funded Earnings pot. Once that reaches 15%, you will be permitted to trade with a live account.  

Although this may seem very complicated and confusing, I would agree that beginner traders who have not had much experience in live markets would have a good chance at excelling in this. However, if you are looking to get funded instantly with a live account, I would suggest having a look at BluFX, The5%ers and My Forex Funds as they all provide instant funding.   

Challenge Account 

Challenge mode is much simpler and much more similar to other prop firms’ offerings – it’s similar to FTMO. You don’t have to pay a monthly fee for a challenge account, but you do have to pass the two-phase evaluation performance review in order to get funded. 

If you manage to pass the challenge, you will get your fee refunded in your first payment, along with a profit split of 80% on the $100,000 capital. If you are profitable and did not violate any of the rules but fail to hit the full profit target, you will be allowed to retry the challenge for free. 

The Challenge Account is more of a traditional prop firm challenge. You simply pay the monthly fee for a chosen challenge, pass a two-phase evaluation and then you will get funded. If you manage to pass the challenge, your fee will be reimbursed to you as well as your 80% profit split on the account profits. If you were not able to reach your targets but remained profitable, your fee will not be reimbursed to you, but you will be allowed to try the same challenge again, free of charge.  

Elite Accounts 

Elite accounts are pretty much the same thing: they offer profits splits between 75-90%, which depends on the account type chosen. These accounts do not require profit targets or time limits, simply obey the maximum daily and overall drawdown.

There are only 28 currency pairs as well as Commodities, Indices and Crypto available, the currency pairs are, GBPUSD, GBPJPY, GBPCAD, GBPCHF, EURAUD, EURNZD, GBPAUD, GBPNZD, AUDUSD, AUDNZD, AUDCAD, UADCHF, AUDJPY, NZDUSD, NZDJPY, NZDCHF, EURUSD, EURGBP, EURJPY, EURCAD, EURCHF, USDJPY, USDCAD, USDSCHF, CHFJPY, CADCHF, CADJPY.

Funding Talent is available to all countries as long as forex trading is permitted by your country.  

Conclusion:  

Funding Talent run a very unique business model, which can be very beneficial to some traders, however, the options to choose between so many accounts that differ from one another is so many ways can be rather daunting. They have a very competitive profit split as high as 90%, and they have a large range of instruments to trade from. One of my favorites offered by Funding Talent is their Comparison option where you can compare their product and pricing against the other top prop firms.
